I’m Ellie Evans, a Registered Sports Dietitian (SENr), with over 5 years of specialist paediatric experience gained in both hospital and private practice.
I work with young athletes and their families to build confident, sustainable eating habits that support training, competition, and — just as importantly — healthy growth and development. My clinical background includes working with multiple allergies, selective eaters, ARFID, coeliac disease, and food allergies, so I understand both the performance side of youth sport and the everyday realities of feeding a growing child.

I hold a first-class degree in Dietetics from Coventry University, and I’m registered with the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr). Every plan I create is evidence-based, age-appropriate, and built around your child’s real life — not a generic template.
“Ellie has helped our daughter understand how to fuel properly to meet her growth needs — our biggest concern as parents. With her unique combination of sports and paediatric training, Ellie is someone we completely trust.”
Also Working With Adult Endurance Athletes
Alongside my youth work, I’m a keen endurance athlete myself — an active member of Team Bath Athletics Club and a run leader for Bath Trail Runners. This personal experience, combined with a recognised gap in evidence-based sports nutrition support, drives my work with adult runners, cyclists, swimmers, and triathletes on everyday fuelling and race-day strategy.

“Ellie made everything individualised to my goals and preferences. Now, I’m racing and feeling better than before”
